Pip's Midnight Heist · Intuitive Workz Inc. · last updated October 9, 2026
Pip's Midnight Heist has no accounts and never asks for your name, email, phone number, contacts, or location. It runs no servers of its own. One outside company, Google, receives data from the app, for the purposes listed below. There is no advertising in the game and no tracking.
- Your progress (levels, stars, crumbs, what you own, and your settings) is saved on your device. We do not receive your save file. Deleting the app deletes it.
- Game analytics use Google Analytics for Firebase to count how the game is played: for example, which levels are started, finished or left, how many moves and Peeks they take, how long they take, how the Daily Heist goes, how crumbs and items are earned and spent, when the shop and offers are shown, and which products are bought (the product and its price). Google receives these events with a random identifier for this installation of the app, your device model, iOS version and app version, and an approximate location (country or region) derived from your IP address. They are not linked to your name, your Apple Account or any other account, are never used for advertising, and are not combined with data from other apps. The app does not collect the advertising identifier or the vendor identifier for analytics, and ad personalization signals are switched off.
- Crash reports use Firebase Crashlytics. If the app crashes or hits a serious error, Google receives a report with the state of the app at that moment (which level was open, the app version and build), your device model and iOS version, and a random identifier for this installation, so we can find and fix the problem.
- Game settings come from Firebase Remote Config, which lets us adjust the game without an update. To fetch them the app sends Google a random identifier for this installation, the app version, and your device's language and country settings.
- Firebase is run by Google and keeps this data under Google's privacy policy. We use it only to understand and improve the game; we do not sell it.
- The app does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission and does not use Apple's advertising identifier to track you across other companies' apps and websites. It shows no ads and sends no push notifications.
- In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, and Apple's privacy policy covers those transactions. The app asks Apple which items you own so it can grant them; we never see your payment details. Ask to Buy and parental controls on your device work as usual.
- Sharing a Daily Heist result uses the standard iOS share sheet. The picture and text are only sent where you choose to send them; we do not receive them.
- Children. Pip's Midnight Heist is a gentle game and children may well enjoy it, but it is not directed at children under 13 and is not in the App Store's Kids category, and we do not market it to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the app asks for none. Parents can turn off in-app purchases with Screen Time.
- Deleting the app removes its Firebase installation identifier from your device; a reinstall starts a new one.
If this ever changes, this page will be updated before the app does.
