Questions, bugs, or ideas: email support@intuitiveworkz.com. We read every message and usually reply within two business days. For bug reports, please include your iPhone or iPad model, your iOS version, and the game's seed (shown in the pause menu and the game summary), which lets us replay the exact deal.
The Club Pass is a single purchase made through the App Store. To restore it on a new device or after reinstalling, open the Club in the game and tap Restore purchase, signed in to the same Apple account. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple: see Apple's refund page.
Which rules can I play? Hong Kong (13 tiles, scored in faan), Taiwanese (16 tiles, scored in tai) and Japanese Riichi. Pick the rules for each game when you set up a table.
I'm new to mahjong. Auntie Mei walks you through a practice hand one move at a time, and hints and tap-to-explain show what your tiles are worth and what you are waiting for.
Does it need internet, and are there ads? Games are played offline against three computer players, and the app contains no ads. See the privacy policy for the one outside service it uses.
